Kristen graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Incorporating general Swedish and advanced massage techniques, Kristen will work with each client to develop a treatment plan that ensures that their individual needs and treatment goals are met.
Kristen has received additional certification in the following modalities:
Kristen is a Reiki and Aqualead Master and offers Intuitive Energy Healing sessions. These sessions include a confidential consultation to ensure that healing is focused and effective. Reiki can also be incorporated into your massage therapy treatment plan. Kristen has completed additional training in Reiki for Fertility/Conception, Pregnancy, Postpartum and beyond.
Kristen is a Somatic Exercises Teacher and offers classes and one-on-one sessions. Somatic exercises are also wonderful additions to your massage therapy treatment plan and are often offered as home care.
Kristen is an experienced yoga teacher and offers Hatha-style classes and one-on-one sessions, focusing on pranayama, alignment and relaxation. Beginners are always welcome. Specialty yoga classes include prenatal and postpartum, fertility and yoga for caregivers.
Kristen offers Massage Therapy at her home clinic location at 52 Leeper St. in St. Catharines, Ontario.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and healing. Reiki is offered as a treatment on it’s own or can be incorporated into your Massage Therapy treatments.
Yoga classes focus on alignment, relaxation and breath and body awareness. Kristen always encourages students to work within their own limits and always offers modifications. Yoga truly is for everyone.
